If you own an itasha, be it a full or partial wrap, own a JDM car, or a show car you can apply to join the show! Your app submission does not guarantee you a spot in the show. The deadline to submit is November 15th, after which applications to the wait-list will be open until Dec 1st.

Yes! When you apply please upload any WIP pictures you may have and let us know in the application that your wrap is in the works.
The wrap must be installed on the car by December 1st, if it is not installed by then you will be placed on the wait-list which may not guarantee you a spot.

Yes! Please submit one car per application but you can submit multiple vehicles. There is no guarantee that every vehicle you submit will be accepted.

We release the acceptance emails in two waves. Expect to hear about acceptances sometime in September to October time frame. We will send acceptance/wait-list/rejection emails so please use an email address you check regularly so you don’t miss important updates!

If you are accepted your car will be on display the entire weekend inside the Vendor Hall. Expect roll in to be the day prior to the convention and roll out that Sunday evening. Cars in the display cannot be started or moved once in place.
Each car will receive two 3-day passes to Holmat.

If you are added to the wait-list, you will know via email. In the weeks leading up to the convention you may be called upon to fill a spot if someone cancels. If you are still attending Holiday Matsuri, you could be on the wait-list up to the last minute in the chance there are no shows.

HGP staff routinely patrols the display area and there are signs posted that state attendees should not touch the vehicles.
Please keep in mind we cannot be everywhere at once but we do our best. HGP and Holmat are not responsible for lost or damaged items/vehicles.
